Connect your WooCommerce web shop with your online invoicing software

Do you have a WooCommerce web shop? If so, you can easily synchronize all your new orders and customers with CoManage.
That way you can generate invoices for your WooCommerce orders automatically and always keep your data up-to-date between both tools!

Setting up the integration is easy. We will explain how to do it in a couple of simple steps.

Generate an API key in WooCommerce
To do this, login to your WordPress admin section.
Here, navigate to "WooCommerce > Settings" in the sidebar menu.
There, you can open the tab labeled "Advanced" and continue to "REST API".

There you need to add a key. Name it what you want (for example "CoManage"). It only needs "read" permissions to work. As soon as you click on "generate API key", you will navigate to a new page with two keys. Save these keys, as you will not be able to see them as soon as you leave the webpage!

Enter the data in CoManage to initiate the connection
To do this, navigate to your CoManage settings. Here, you will see a section labeled "WooCommerce". Open it to find three input fields that are required for the API.

Here you need to enter the URL to the WooCommerce webshop, as well as the "consumer key" and "consumer secret" you generated in the WooCommerce admin section.
Don't forget to add http:// or https:// to the beginning of the URL or it will not be recognized.

After filling in the fields you can click on the button labeled "connect to WooCommerce". If this fails, it likely means you entered an incorrect value. Check the url and keys. If it still doesn't work, do not hesitate to contact our online support chat!

You're done!
That wasn't so hard, was it? 😃 Starting now, your WooCommerce and CoManage are connected, meaning any new orders and customers in WooCommerce will automatically be saved in CoManage as well. On the invoice detail page you will find a notification under the "integrations" section indicating it was created via the WooCommerce API:

The following data will be synchronised from WooCommerce to CoManage:

The order data that will be saved:

currency
discount
customer information
status
date
product -> name
product -> amount
product -> price
product -> VAT
delivery

The order customer that will be saved:

last name
