Automatically Send Reminders

You can choose to have reminders sent automatically. CoManage then checks the due date and the frequency for sending reminders.

If you prefer to send reminders manually, that's also an option. You can disable the automatic reminder sending in your invoice settings. You'll be able to manually send reminders via the dropdown in your invoice overview for the specific invoice.

Reminders Overview

In your reminders overview, you'll see which invoices have a reminder scheduled, and you can skip reminders.

Automatically Repeat a Reminder

Now, it's also possible to set reminders to repeat automatically. You can configure this in your invoice reminders settings.
