Is your customer Peppol ready?

Checking whether a customer can receive invoices via Peppol

To check whether a customer is Peppol ready, open the customer details page and click on “Perform VAT check”

After checking, you will immediately see whether your customer is registered on the Peppol network and can receive Peppol invoices. Click on “Set Peppol as default sending method” if you want to send every invoice to this customer via Peppol by default.

Using Peppol as the default shipping method

You can only send invoices via Peppol if your customer is actually able to receive them. If your customer is not yet Peppol ready, you will not see this sending option.
