Is your customer Peppol ready?

Automatic data entry

In CoManage, you can automatically retrieve all your customer's public data using their VAT number.

Enter the VAT number in the appropriate field and then click on “Check VAT.”

After you have done this, the “Transfer data” button will appear.

CoManage will automatically fill in all the data as soon as you click on it.

Manual entry of Peppol ID

If your customer does not work according to identification based on a Belgian company number,

you can manually perform a Peppol check using a number of other identifications:

0208: Belgian company number
9925: Belgian VAT number
0088: GLN number
0106: Dutch Chamber of Commerce number
9944: Dutch VAT number
9930: German VAT number
9957: French VAT number

Once you have filled in all the details, click on “check Peppol.”

Execute Peppol check

After checking, you will immediately see whether your customer is registered on the Peppol network and can receive Peppol invoices.

You can only send invoices via Peppol if your customer is actually able to receive them. If your customer is not yet Peppol ready, you will not see this sending option.
