In your invoice overview page you see a list of all your invoices and concepts. You can filter on the following:
- year / quarter / month
You can create your first invoice by clicking on the button labeled "new invoice" in the overview page. The following screen will allow you to specify the invoice details.
- add a title
- connect your contact
- choose a status
- choose a template
- choose a due date
- choose language and currency
- setup a reference
- create invoice lines
Use invoice lines to create your invoice. With these lines you can:
- add regular invoice lines
- add products / services
- add text lines
- add subtotals
- add discounts
You can also add financial and commercial discounts to the invoice:
In CoManage an invoice (among other resources) can be a 'concept'.
Concepts are used as incomplete or example records, or just to prevent the invoice to get an invoice number. Every invoice that is not in status 'concept' will automatically receive an invoice number.
With CoManage you can choose more than fifty ways to number your invoices and offers. As basis you can choose to have an invoice number built from the date. Depending on the amount of invoices you send in a year, you can choose between two, three, four or five digits.
Does your invoice not automatically get the invoice number you want? You can always edit it by clicking on the pencil icon next to the title 'Invoice number'.
