This doesn't have to be difficult. And certainly not with our migration service that you get offered for free if you go for a **StarterPlus** or **Pro** subscription. What do you get in the migration service: - All your contacts are transferred to CoManage for you. - Your products/services will be added to CoManage for you. All you have to do is mail the Excel or csv files containing this information to support@comanage.me. You can also create an export from your current system and submit this to us. Just make sure the data is in an Excel or csv file. The migration is no longer a reason not to switch from Striktly or Billit to CoManage. We are happy to help you! ###### Existing invoices and quotations If you are already using another tool, you probably still have pending invoices and quotes in there. You can choose to leave them in your current tool, because often you can still view them under subscription. You can also transfer current quotations to CoManage by creating them again in CoManage. ###### Invoice or quotation template You can create an invoice template yourself in CoManage, but this could be difficult for you. We can also help you create a template or recreate an existing template as well as possible for you. For this we ask a one-time fee of €85,00 excluding VAT. Send your example in pdf to support@comanage.me or describe very clearly what your wishes are for the template. We will then create a pdf template for you in CoManage. > P.s. If you go for a Starter subscription, our migration service is also possible for a small fee of €85,00 excluding VAT.
