# Exporting data using the CoManage CRM module

In CoManage it is possible to export your data to a CSV-file (comma separated values). A CSV file is a general file type that can be read by programs like Microsoft Office Excel.

You can also export invoices, credit notes and offers to PDF. They will be exported together in a ZIP-file.

So how do you export?
Easy peasy!

1. Navigate to the overview page of whatever it is you want to export (for example contacts overview page)

2. click the export button on the upper right side

3. a popup will show up where you can select date and user.

4. When the export is done you will get a in app notification and e-mail
